Upfront fees vary by destination, delivery speed, and how you pay — paying by instant bank transfer online often costs less than paying with cash at a retail desk. We frequently run promotions waiving the first online transfer fee for new customers.
Exchange Rate Markup
Like every money transfer provider, a small margin is built into our exchange rate. Always check the total cost — fee and exchange rate together — before you send, so you know exactly what your recipient will get.
Protect your MTCN
Never share your 10-digit MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) with anyone other than your recipient. If someone claiming to be from Money Shuttle or Western Union support asks for your MTCN, don't give it to them — this is a common scam used to steal funds.
